Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP45,000

My Client is seeking a Practice Accounts Senior Manager, to join their successful and well established Rural Service team.

This role offers excellent progression to Director and Partner Levels

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will provide support to the Directors / Partners in a diverse range of services to clients

Planning, budgeting and carrying out assignments

Delegating and supervising work of more junior members of the team

Management Accounts, Vat, Accounts Prep, Personal Tax, Corporate Tax, Payroll and other business services

Reviewing work and carrying out job appraisals

Dealing with client queries whilst on site

Awareness of client affairs and identifying opportunities to provide additional services

Liaison with other departments within the business

Preparation and/or review of personal and corporate tax returns

Skills:

Accountancy Practice experience is beneficial

AAT, ATT, ACA, ACCA, Part Qualified or Newly Qualified

Some experience in accounts preparation and taxation

Up to date knowledge of current accounting standards

Client focused with a commercial mind

Rural or farming experience, or an interest in this area is key to this role
