Working for one of London`s leading International Taxation outfits you will be providing Administrative support internally and completing both UK and US Income Tax returns for a wide range of Clients. Responsibilities:

Set up client files reviewing information provided

Drafting email correspondence

Monitor client information and follow up with clients as appropriate

Preparation of basic US and UK income tax returns

Preparation and submission of correspondence to official authorities

File tax return with HMRC once the client has agreed it

E-file US tax return with IRS once the client has agreed it

Deal with basic correspondence in an appropriate fashion

Deal with basic client queries over the phone or via email such as questions regarding the status of tax returns, tax refunds, penalty notices received etc

Preparation of draft fee notes with narrative and appropriate fees in conjunction with senior/ manager

Skills:

This role requires a good communicator with excellent computer skills

Numerate and organisationally efficient.

Intermediate level Word, Excel and Outlook

Typing speed minimum 60wpm

Excellent communication skills both oral and written

Ability to manage a varied workload
