Role Summary: Responsible for researching and evaluating technical issues and request information in order to implement processes for controllership and finance leaders to ensure compliance with US and foreign accounting laws, regulations and procedures at a Capital Solutions level. Overall responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of Capital Solutions Financial Statements including OTC schedules. Essential Responsibilities:

Enable global technical advisory support for the business, which includes front-end deal support for all acquisitions, dispositions, deal structuring and debt restructuring. Assist in the effort to ensure that the business is in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP), applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for researching and evaluating policies and procedures for the business (including standard methodology for international and domestic). Review controllership procedures in conjunction with senior level managers to ensure the integrity of the financial results. Assist in preparation and review of annual audited financial statements and quarterly reviews for our subsidiary. Represent the Controllership function on all cross-functional matters relating to the Financial Closing process. Take the lead role in managing the closing routine by ensuring a defined process and review rigor. Provide support on acquisition integration and dispositions. Ensure that there is a continuous focus on quality and process improvement within the financial reporting functions with specific focus on improving data quality and reducing the monthly close cycle times. Interface with the Oracle Support team ensuring all application routines are on target and accurate. Drive the implementation of a wing-to-wing audit program across Capital Solutions, while driving cross-functional ownership and responsibility.
