| Description: | Director / Senior Manger - Rural Services Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP55,000 + Bonus Scheme Location: Shepton Mallet This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual with a background in Accountancy Practice to join a leading provider in the Accountancy arena. Our client is seeking an individual with a good understanding and keen interest in Rural Services and Farming. As a Senior Manager/ Director you will have responsibility for continuing to grow the business and delivering high quality service and advice to your clients. You will need a proven record of delivering excellence and be committed to your own career development and that of your team. You will manage your own portfolio and be actively representing the practice in the local rural community whilst developing new business opportunities. Skills: ACA/ACCA qualified ideally from a progressive accountancy practice Proven experience of forging successful business relationships Up to date accounting knowledge - including accounting standards Current knowledge of CGT and IHT planning for the agricultural sector Experience in audit, accounts preparation, and tax with a Rural Services bias Experienced people manager, with the ability to coach and develop a team Innovative approach to problem solving Pro-active communication style Be capable of providing strategic leadership |
