An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant within a refreshing UK based recruitment specialist. The purpose of this role is to assist clients and candidates with recruitment requirements and solutions. Due to our continued expansion we are now looking for an experienced, confident and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team. We are looking for someone who is extremely sales focused with the drive to succeed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a Company where they can really excel and prove their ability. You will be joining and developing a warm desk, dealing with both New and Existing Clients, developing business opportunities and maximising Company revenue. You will need to be organised, responsive and self-motivated.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be dealing with a variety of areas including new client sales, account management, interviewing, negotiation, advertising, marketing, networking and the delivery of formal and informal presentations

Consultants are responsible for the full remit of their Client portfolio handling recruitment assignments from inception through to completion

Skills:

A determination to succeed within a competitive and target driven environment both as an individual and a team player

Previous sales experience would be beneficial

5 GCSE`s (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths & English

Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Numerate and IT literate

Ability to prioritise workload and maintain effective time management to ensure deadlines are met

Well organised, focused, accurate and with good attention to detail

Possess the ability to build good working

Knowledge of Accountancy, Finance or Financial Services would be advantageous
