Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager/ Director you will have responsibility for continuing to grow the business and delivering high quality service and advice to your clients

You will need a proven record of delivering excellence and be committed to your own career development and that of your team

You will manage your own portfolio and be actively representing the practice in the local rural community whilst developing new business opportunities

Skills:

ACA/ACCA qualified ideally from a progressive accountancy practice

Proven experience of forging successful business relationships

Up to date accounting knowledge - including accounting standards

Current knowledge of CGT and IHT planning for the agricultural sector

Experience in audit, accounts preparation, and tax with a Rural Services bias

Experienced people manager, with the ability to coach and develop a team
