They are presently looking for accomplished candidates with previous technical experience in the market of Household Claims. The responsibilities will range from having to proactively resolve any issues that arise to ensure the claim is dealt with to required standards, to managing to completion of variety of caseloads of technical household claims.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of a portfolio of Technical Household insurance claims that range from Building and Contents Claims through to Fire and Theft Claims

Take each claim from first notification through to final settlement, including negotiating settlements with the policy holder

Identify and referring any questionable underwriting

Provide outstanding service levels to customers throughout the course of the claim

Work within your team to Achieve service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators

Skills

Experience within the Insurance Industry dealing with Technical Household Claims

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Well organised and able to prioritise workloads
